Shipping policy

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $100 within Australia.
Orders under $100: standard shipping is a flat $10.
Express shipping is a flat $15 on any order.

Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch every order from Perth within 3 business days of it being placed. All orders are sent with Australia Post and are tracked.

Australia Post will attempt delivery once. If no one is home, you'll get a notice telling you when and where to collect your parcel.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email us at sales@ruffroadssupply.com.au within 10 business days. We'll look into it with Australia Post and, once it's confirmed the delivery wasn't successful, we'll send you a replacement or a full refund.
