Shipping policy

Ruff Roads Supply offers FREE Standard shipping for all domestic orders over $150 delivered within Australia.

Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order for all domestic orders $149.99 and under delivered within Australia.

Express Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $20 per order for all domestic orders delivered within Australia. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of the order being placed. 

Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post. Please see below for tracking links.

Please note that delivery will only be attempted once. If this is not successful, you will receive a notification of when and where the parcel will be available for collection.

In the unlikely occurrence that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days at sales@ruffroadssupply.com.au. We will then launch a formal investigation with the courier company, once Ruff Roads Supply have received confirmation that the delivery has not been successful customers will be offered either a full refund or replacement.
